Fall is a
wonderful time of year… that is unless you suffer from ragweed, pollen or mold
allergies. If that’s the case it’s an itchy-sneezy-runny-eyes-and-nose time of
year that makes you want to live in a bubble. If you suffer from fall
allergies, now is the time to put an allergy prevention and minimization plan
in motion. Here are five things you can do including natural remedies to take back the season and prevent
and minimize your fall allergies this year:
Natural Remedies for Allergies
1. Take Clear Sinus & Ear – It’s a gentle, safe and effective formula of herbs and active
homeopathic ingredients that provides relief from symptoms caused by allergies,
hay fever, sinus congestion and colds. It doesn’t cause side effects such as
drowsiness, drying of the sinuses or an increased heart rate. It can be taken to relieve symptoms, but also
on a preventative basis for up to three months. Unlike prescription and
over-the-counter medications that often weaken the immune system, Clear Sinus & Ear works to strengthen the body’s natural immune response to allergens thus being an excellent natural remedy.
2. Drink More
Water – Drink at least one big glass of water every waking hour until 2 hours
before bedtime. This will help keep your sinuses moist and flush them out
naturally.
3. Boost Your
Immunity – A healthy, strong immune system not only helps prevent and minimize
allergic reactions, but will help prevent fall and wintertime colds and flus as
well. Make sure you’re getting plenty of
vitamins C and D, and consider taking Clear Immune Support.
4. Avoid These
Irritants – Dairy products, alcohol and processed sugar all contribute to and
can cause congestion. Avoid them as much as possible during allergy season.
5. Prep Your Home
– While it’s hard to avoid outdoors allergens, you can make sure your home is
an allergy safe haven: Replace your AC/Heater filters using a high quality HEPA
filter; use a HEPA filter in your vacuum cleaner and vacuum often; identify and
fix any moisture problems such as leaky pipers that are contributing to indoors
mold problems; wash sheets and towels at least once a week in hot water; keep
pets out of your bedroom.

Sometimes these natural remedies are proven right but we just have to use only those natural remedies which have been tested and have been said to be right for use that only remedy should be used otherwise medical science has very vast scope for each and everything.
